We will work together to:

  • Assess where you are at and define your paddling goals

  • Build a monthly training program to help you meet these goals

  • Check in on your progress and make any adjustments needed

  • Go over training principles and how to apply them to your own training approach

  • Learn about body awareness and recovery to maximize the effect of your training efforts

  • Create a foundation for you to become more confident in developing and adapting your own training program
